Guest Process

How Guest Selection Works

Four steps between your first conversation with us and your clips going out.

Intro Call

We start with a short pre-podcast conversation to learn about your company, story, and areas of expertise.

Guest Review

Our team reviews each potential guest to make sure the conversation is a strong fit for the show and audience.

Podcast Recording

Qualified guests are invited to record a full podcast conversation with our host.

Content Production

After recording, selected clips and episode assets are edited for distribution across podcast and social media channels.

Good to Know

Guesting Questions

Do I need to prepare anything?

No slides, no script. We'll share the angle we landed on after the pre-call, but the best episodes are just honest conversations. Show up as yourself.

How long is the recording?

Plan for about 45–60 minutes of recording. Add the 15-minute pre-call and you're looking at roughly 90 minutes of your time, total.

Is it remote or in-studio?

Both work. Most guests record remotely with our production setup; if you're near the studio we're happy to have you in person.

Can I promote my company?

Absolutely — your business gets a mention, a link on the episode page, and clips you can share. We just keep the story first and the pitch light.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Guesting is free — we're looking for great stories, not fees. Sponsorship is a separate track if you want broader reach across the show.
